Fees
I offer a 30 minute session for you to meet me and explore whether you would like to work together. I charge £30 for this initial session and then you can decide whether you would like to book in for more sessions together.
If you did choose to continue then sessions would be £60 for 50 minutes. I also have a limited number of concessional spaces for those on low income and students (my reduced price spaces are limited so please let me know if you are looking for a reduced rate space in your initial message).

Location
I offer in person counselling if you prefer to work face to face, or online video sessions if you prefer this way of meeting or are not local to Brighton. My practice is based at New Road Counselling and Psychotherapy Centre in Brighton. This is centrally located, next to the Brighton Dome and Pavilion.
